Child Care License Violations
Child Care Aware® of North Dakota does not license child care programs or investigate violations. If you have a concern regarding a child care program not following licensing regulations please contact your area’s Licensing Specialist.
Suspected Abuse and Neglect
Child Care Aware® does not investigate concerns, but, as mandated reporters, Child Care Aware® staff will make an independent report of suspected abuse and neglect to the Statewide toll-free Child Abuse & Neglect Reporting Line at 1-833-958-3500, available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Time. As a citizen, you also have that right.
