  • Creating an Organization Account is simple and free. With your account, you’ll be able to quickly track your employees’ training and easily provide information to your licenser at renewal time. You will also be ready to participate in the state quality rating and improvement program, Bright & Early ND. Organization Accounts are for licensed direct-care programs as well as Pre-K, after school programs, early childhood service providers, training organizations, Tribal entities, and others involved in the field of early care and education.

  • What is a Quality Improvement Plan?
  • The Quality Improvement Plan is a tool for organizations/programs/coaches that is located within your Growing Futures Organization Account. HOW TO CREATE AN ORG ACCOUNT link to resource below This system is the go-to place for Quality Coaches and programs to communicate about what needs to be done and what progress has been made toward those goals. The plan will be action-based and specific to ensure that each stakeholder (coach if in a quality initiative and program/organization) knows what needs to be done and when. The Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) is a collection of action items (these could be referred to as goals) that are housed in one place making it easy to track progress on items needing attention.

    The Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) is a tool for both coaches and programs/organizations involved in Child Care Aware Initiatives (known in the database as case types).

    The only person able to access the QIP is:
    · The identified administrator (owner) of the org. account
    · Those granted access (org user) to the org. profile from the identified org administrator
    · Coaches assigned to the case

    · The owner of the org account will want to use caution granting access to the org. account. The org account holds sensitive information of the staff attached to the org. account.
    · Only the org account administrator and org users will have access to the QIP, they will be responsible for oversee the goals set within the QIP. Staff assigned to goals will not see goal assignments unless notified by the org administrator or the coach.
