Why Does Quality Matter in Early Learning?

The experiences that a child has in quality early learning program can have important effects on their social, emotional and academic success. Well-trained, nurturing early and education providers are best equipped to meet a child's needs. By choosing to provide high-quality experiences, you are investing in a child's future.

Why Should I Care About Quality Coaching?

Coaching is embedded in every Child Care Aware of ND Quality Initiative. Coaches support early learning programs to increase the knowledge, skills and abilities of early educators, improve outcomes for children and raise the level of quality. Child Care Aware® of North Dakota offers competency-based expertise, supports professional growth and promotes change tied to best practices in the field or early care and education.
